About Teabrim
We sell one category of thing, properly: gear that gives loose tea leaves room to open, and mesh fine enough to keep them out of the cup.
Teabrim started from a specific frustration: almost every infuser on the shelf is too small. Dried tea can triple in volume as it rehydrates, and an infuser that cannot hold three times what you put in it only ever brews the outside of the leaf. That is why so many people try loose leaf, find it disappointing, and go back to bags. The tea was fine. The equipment was not.
Why the range is this focused
So the range is deliberately narrow. A wide fine-mesh basket for brewing in a mug, a glass teapot with a full-height insert for pouring, and a double-wall bottle that keeps leaves separated from the drink for the journey. Three formats, one idea: every shape we sell gives the leaf room to open.
Where the numbers come from
Teabrim is an independent online store. We choose products, measure them, photograph them and write about them, and we say when a figure has not been published rather than estimating one. Product ratings on this site come from verified buyers of these products.
