Every Teabrim order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your tea infuser arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.
How it works
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
- We arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
If a tea infuser is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly.
Who pays for return shipping
Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us it stays your responsibility, and a tracking number is what lets us refund you the moment it lands.
One exception, and it is on us: if an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return in full.
